Steps to be followed for the KSVG file setup
Once the SVG file has been imported the user have to:

Create the group wich the new properties are belonging to

Create the properties inside the groups

Associate the property to the SVG layer that has to be animated

Define the type of animation (rotation, movement, colour management)
