Simple Event alarm type

The simple alarm differs from the ISA alarm in that it does not include Silencing.
Therefore, the following two changes must follow:

ALARM ON

The alarm is activated according to the mode defined in the specific programming.

ALARM OFF

The alarm is deactivated as the triggering condition is no longer present

When the Simple Event alarm has satisfied all 2 of the previously defined status changes, it is removed from the active alarm buffer.
However, all the status changes remain in the alarm history buffer.

When does a simple event alarm has to be used

It should be used when it is not essential to be sure that the operator has read the alarm but it is sufficient to show the alarms active at a certain moment.
In fact, the alarm is removed from the alarm view as soon as it is deactivated.

However, it remains present in the alarm history.
