As in all the menus for the definition of the data structures in the upper part, some commands are provided for the management of the DatabaseTask.
Add a new Task:
Allows you to define a new Task.
There is no limitation on the number of Tasks that can be defined within an application.
Remove an existing Task:
It allows you to cancel the Task that is being edited
Excel import and export:
The user can use Excel as a work tool to simplify the task editing.
Therefore, both the export of the Task archive to Excel and the import from the same file are foreseen.
Warning:
The layout of the excel file that is created during the export must not be changed.
The operator can only populate it with the different structures but without changing the formatting.
How to import a Task from an Excel file:
The user must select the Excel file to be imported and follow the import wizard.
How to export a Task to an external Excel file
The user must select the name of the excel file that will be created.
