Text list
The text list is an object that represents the value of a variable in text form.
Suppose we need to view the state of an engine not with a numeric value 0 or 1 but with a text ON - OFF.
The list of texts allows to associate the text OFF with the value 0 and ON with the value 1 of the Tag.
